In the Season 2 premiere of The Adventures of Supergirl (now on CW), Kara (Melissa Benoist) reunites with her cousin Clark Kent aka Superman (Tyler Hoechlin). Before the two work together to save National City from a new threat, they visit Lex Luthor’s sister Lena at her office.
Lena Luthor is portrayed by Katie McGrath. The Irish-born actress is known for her roles on Slasher (Sarah Bennett), Dracula (Lucy Westenra), Merlin (Morgana), and in the 2015 Chris Pratt film Jurassic World (Zara), among others. McGrath will appear next on the big screen in Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur: Legend of the Sword starring Charlie Hunnam and Jude Law (she plays Elsa). King Arthur will be released in March 2017. Supergirl airs Mondays at 8pm on CW.
