In the Quantico episode ‘Kubark’, while Alex (Priyanka Chopra) tries to get close to Owen (Blair Underwood), in the future, there’s a stand-off when the terrorist organization demands a trade. In a sneak peek of the episode, CIA director Miranda Shaw (Aunjanue Ellis) is seen handing over a hacker to Raina Amin (Yasmine Al Massri) before shots are fired.
The young man is portrayed by Derek Klena. The 25-year-old actor has appeared on several shows including Blue Bloods, Law & Order: SVU, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, among others. Klena is also recognized for his roles on stage: as Eddie Birdlace in the stage adaption of Dogfight, and Fiyero in the 10th anniversary company of Wicked on Broadway. More fun facts about Klena: He auditioned on American Idol in 2010 and appeared with his family on Family Feud in 2006. Quantico airs Sundays at 10pm on ABC.
