Jennifer Lopez, the renaissance woman of entertainment, will prove once again that not even a single language can hold all her talent. The actress-singer-producer-talent judge will team up with ex-husband Marc Anthony’s Magnus Media (and Sony) to deliver a new Spanish-language album. Lopez will drop a single in November, with the full record release date still unknown. Lopez put out an all-Spanish recording 2007 called Como Ama Una Mujer. It was her fifth record and marked a return to her Latina roots, expanding her fan base yet again.
Anthony will executive produce the new record. He cites Lopez’s passion as a major factor in her success. “[Lopez’s] artistry, professionalism and passion for music are just some of the many attributes that have earned her a unique place in the entertainment world that very few people have been able to obtain,” read Anthony’s statement.
