On the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles episode ‘The War of Real Estate’, the agents are back for Season 9. While Josh Flagg works with a rich, teen buyer and Josh Altman lists a hillside home, David and James are invited to look at a breathtaking 20,000 square-foot estate with 26-foot beamed ceilings, 8 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, an infinity pool and tennis court, among other amenities. The potential deal is so big (it’s on the market for just under $40 million), David and James are accompanied by their boss, Mauricio Umansky, husband of Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
There’s one big catch — after the owner gives the three dapper agents the grand tour, he introduces them to a woman named Kesley Kroon, the listing agent for the house. As James says, “Then what the f—k are we doing here?” Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles airs Thursdays at 9pm on Bravo.
