On the Teen Mom OG episode ‘Second Guessing,’ while Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney second guess their decision to get married so soon, Amber Portwood admits that she doesn’t feel comfortable moving into her new big, suburban home with boyfriend Matt Baier.
After giving a tour of the house to her friend Wayne, Amber says outside on the deck, “This is different than sitting in the cell.” (Portwood was released from jail in 2013 after serving 17 months of her sentence.) Amber elaborates, “I feel kind of weird being in this neighborhood. Because I’m not the same as these people…especially when you’re living across the street from a prosecutor.” When the producer says, “Well, that is a little intimidating,” Matt makes a joke, “Well, we’ll keep him in business.” Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV.
