Tracey is like part of the family because she’s fun and she makes Kim’s favorite dish, Chicken Alfredo. Tracey shared the simple recipe on the Bravo blog. Here are the ingredients: 1 box angel hair pasta, 1 qt 40% heavy cream, 2 cups grated shaker Parmesan cheese, 1 dash nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste, and grilled chicken.

Here are the directions: “Cook pasta as directed. Pour all heavy cream in a pot and bring it to a boil. Then, lower the heat and wisk it a good bit. (This is a good time to be grilling your chicken.) Now, add your Parmesan and nutmeg. Bring it back to a boil while constantly wisking, and then turn the heat off. Wisk it till smooth. Now add pasta. Add a bit more heat if needed.
