Brian Justin Crum is a singer from Los Angeles competing on Season 11 of America’s Got Talent. At his audition, before belting out Queen’s “Somebody to Love,” Crum spoke about how, as a young man, he was bullied for being gay. He gave thanks to his mother for always sticking by his side. His mom isn’t the only supportive woman in his life. On Instagram, Brian posted a photo of himself with singers Kelley Jakle (who’s currently starring in Marilyn the Musical) and Rumer Willis (daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, and past winner of Dancing with the Stars).

Last week, Crum, Jakle and Willis performed at “Stand Up and Sing” to honor the victims murdered in Orlando at the gay nightclub Pulse. America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8pm on NBC.
