Actor Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead has been busy promoting his new show on AMC, Ride with Norman Reedus. The premiere episode “California: Pacific Coast Highway,” will follow Reedus on his motorcycle as he travels up coast from Los Angeles to Santa Cruz. Reedus gets around. Just the other week while in New York, he caught a performance of the Broadway show Eclipsed, written by his TWD castmate Danai Gurira (Michonne). After the show, Reedus posted the photo above with the caption: “Congrats to these pretty ladies. what an amazing night.”
Eclipsed, which is about five women who have been kidnapped and turned into sex slaves in 2003 Liberia, has been nominated for five Tony Awards this year, including Best Play. The Tonys will be televised during the premiere of Ride with Norman Reedus which airs Sunday, June 12 at 10pm on AMC. (The Tony Awards begin at 8pm on CBS.)
