On the Famously Single episode “Who Do You Think You Are?,” Dr. Darcy asks the singles to “step outside their comfort zones” and find a date for a boat cruise. Reality TV star Brandi Granville (formerly of Real Housewives of Orange County) meets a nice young man named Preston. He’s attractive, 25, and “has his shit together,” as Brandi says. She’s impressed. But then Aubrey O’Day comes over and crashes Brandi’s date with Preston. “Hi, Preston,” says Aubrey, “Great teeth,” is the first thing she says. Preston graciously smiles.
Aubrey won’t walk away. She starts asking Preston for his astrological sign (Sagatarius, btw). “It was so uncomfortable,” says Brandi. When Preston didn’t know who she was (she explains she’s a singer), she excuses herself to go to the bathroom. “She was so turned off by that comment [Preston admitting to not knowing who she was], she walked away.” Brandi adds, “She believes her own hype and doesn’t know any other way of living.” Aubrey never made it to the bathroom — she continued to “migrate” and interrupt other singles’ dates.
