In the TV movie October Kiss, cute and carefree Poppy Summerall (Ashley Williams) is known to shy away from commitment. Whether it’s a man or a job, she just can’t seem to settle down. When a friend sees how great Poppy is with kids, it’s suggested that Poppy try getting a job as a nanny. Poppy not only loves her new job watching two adorable kids named Zoe and Zach, but she also falls for their widowed father Ryan.
Ryan is portrayed by Sam Jaeger. He’s known for his roles on Parenthood (Joel Graham), Eli Stone (Matt Dowd), Girls Club (Kevin O’Neil), and in the films American Sniper (Navy Seal Lt. Martin) and Inherent Vice (Agent Flatweed). October Kiss will air on Hallmark on April 3 at 7pm. It will air again on April 16 at 5pm.
