In the NCIS: New Orleans episode “Collateral Damage,” the NCIS investigates the murder of female Navy lieutenant Rebecca Peterson who died in the hotel room of Army General Owen Matthews (John Getz). During the investigation, Agent LaSalle (Lucas Black) visits former Army Colonel David Peterson.
Former Army Colonel David Peterson is Jude Ciccolella. He’s known for his roles on Prison Break (Howard Scuderi), NCIS (Secretary of the Navy Phillip Davenport), 24 (Mike Novick), Everybody Hates Chris (Dr. Raymond), and NYPD Blue (Simon Kerensky), among others. Ciccolella is also recognized for his role as Lt. Liebowitz in the Sin City movies. NCIS: New Orleans airs Tuesdays at 9pm on CBS.
