In The Blacklist episode “Cape May,” Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) mourns the death of Liz Keene (Megan Boone). He goes to his beach house in Cape May to grieve and collect his thoughts. There he meets a young woman who just happens to be on the run and needs Red’s help to retaliate against her attackers.
The woman, Sasha Rotova, is portrayed by Lotte Verbeek. The Dutch-born actress is known for her roles on Agent Carter (Ana Jarvis), Outlander (Geillis Duncan), and The Borgias (Giulia Farnese). Verbeek will appear next in the sci-fi film Division 19, which will be released in May 2016. The Blacklist airs Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.
