In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode “Exchange Rate,” the team is shocked to discover that Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly) is helping a Cuban spy to break free before he’s returned to his country in a prisoner exchange. Government officials including DOJ Attorney Heidi Reardon (Alexis Carra) and U.S. Marshal Anthony Howard are equally shocked.
U.S. Marshal Anthony Howard is portrayed by Chris Gann. He’s appeared on several TV shows including The Walking Dead, Sleepy Hollow, and Teen Wolf, but he’s best known for his recurring roles on General Hospital (Zaccahra the thug) and 24 (Mathis, Phillip’s mercenary). Fun fact about Gann: He’s a former world and national champion Jet Ski racer who also works as a stuntman (Supergirl, Ray Donovan, Scandal, Hawaii Five-0, Grimm, Mad Men).
