On The Catch, a gorgeous, rich L.A. private investigator named Alice Vaughan (Mireille Enos) falls for who she thinks is a successful businessman named Christopher Hall. He proposes and they start looking to buy a house together. They find one for $3 million. Alice insists on buying the house together. Naturally she gives Christopher a check for $1.5 million. Soon after, he disappears (along with all of the valuable items in her current home). Christopher (aka Ben Jones) plotted this scheme with con artist Margot Bishop.
Margot Bishop is portrayed by Sonya Walger. The English actress is best known for her roles on The Leftovers (Dr. Allison Herbert), Power (Madeline Stern), Scandal (Katherine Winslow), Parenthood (Meredith Peet) with The Catch co-star Peter Krause, Lost (Penny Widmore), Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (Michelle Dixon), and CSI: NY (Jane Parsons). The Catch airs Thursdays at 10pm on ABC.
