On the Vanderpump Rules episode “Bitch Ghost,” while Stassi runs into her old SUR crew at Lala’s house party and her sex tape scandal is the hot topic of conversation, Tom Schwartz gets chewed out by boss Lisa Vanderpump. She hired him to work on the LVP Sangria brand but he quit. Schwartz told Lisa’s daughter Pandora (who’s in charge of the business) that he was naive about how much time it would take to work on the Sangria brand. “I’m not ready to go all in,” Schwartz told Pandora.
Lisa calls Schwartz in for a talk. She gets right to it: “This is the second time you’ve wimped out,” Lisa says (wearing an adorable straw hat, btw). “A big bloody wussy pussy,” she says (without laughing). When she emphasizes the importance of commitment, Schwartz makes up excuses for himself. After their conversation, Lisa says: “It’s not a surprise Schwartz quit, we were actually doing quite well without him.” Vanderpump Rules airs Mondays at 9pm on Bravo.
