Supermodel Christie Brinkley likes singers. She married one (Billy Joel), gave birth to one (daughter Alexa Ray Joel), and she’s now dating another singer, John Mellencamp. But can the 62-year-old California blonde sing?
In 2010, Brinkley starred as Roxy Hart in the Broadway musical Chicago. When asked by Good Morning America what made her decide to do it. Brinkley replied, “They asked!” She admits, “I wouldn’t have thought of it myself. So I auditioned.” She said she took her ex-husband’s advice — “learn how to project your voice” — and got the gig.
