The Lifetime original TV movie Toni Braxton: Unbreak My Heart chronicles the life of seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer Toni Braxton. Toni’s life of course involves her close-knit family, including her protective mother Evelyn who warned Toni during her rise to stardom that people in the industry “tell you how much they love you and then they try to change you.”

Toni is portrayed by up-and-coming actress Lex Scott Davis. Evelyn Braxton is portrayed by veteran actress Debbi Morgan. She’s best known for her roles on the soap opera All My Children (Angie Hubbard), the TV mini-series Roots: The Next Generations, and Charmed (The Seer). Morgan currently appears on 50 Cent’s drama Power as Estelle. Toni Braxton: Unbreak My Heart premieres on Lifetime on January 23 at 8pm. It will air again on January 24 at 12am and 9pm, and January 25 at 1am.
