On the Blue Bloods episode “Stomping Grounds,” while police commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) has to deal with the fallout of a retired cop (Michael O’Keefe) shooting a group of potential muggers on the subway, detective Danny Reagan’s (Donnie Wahlberg) partner seeks justice. Baez (Marisa Ramirez) is determined to arrest a drug dealer for a murder she witnessed when she was a little girl. The case brings Baez back to her old neighborhood, where we meet Carmen Baez.
