Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard Planning New Toto Video?

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard did a video tribute to Toto’s 1980s earworm “Africa” and it’s awesome, really. Get ready to hear nothing else in your head for the next 24 hours. (Warning: You may need an hour of James Brown just to flush out this Toto track.) Blame your sonic agony on Bell and Shepard, a Hollywood couple who — on the basis of this video alone — seem destined to last long past when other Hollywood couples have called it quits. The video features the couple on their “last trip before having kids” where they wanted to “rage hard” and “honor TOTO properly.” Mission accomplished.

Now that the couple has kids (two girls), it seems inevitable that they’ll continue to honor TOTO properly — but the tenor will have to change. Kids are hard work and they need discipline. The next Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Toto video? There are whispers the couple is working on “Hold the Line“. (See below!) It’s got a little more punch than “Africa” and holding the line is what they’ll be doing as the kids get older. All parents must try.
