In the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode “Busted BBQ,” while Kyle Richards hosts a barbecue where once again Yolanda Foster’s health issues becomes a hot topic, Lisa Rinna meets newbie Kathryn Edwards for lunch. They’ve known each other for decades.

On the show, Rinna and Edwards meet at a causal café so it’s not a surprise that Edwards comes in a t-shirt and khakis. Compared to Rinna, who’s wearing a cute black halter dress, Edwards looks like a tomboy — and yet a glam one. All the ladies agree that Edwards has an amazing body… even though she’s never had a boob job like all of the others. “She has small boobs and she’s okay with that,” Rinna says with admiration. And Edwards’ lips are real — no filler. Lisa Rinna, who’s had some kisser issues, admits she’s jealous of that. Edwards is pleased with her pout now, sure, but as a kid she was taunted for having “fish lips.” Like the ad says, kids, “it gets better.” Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
