In the Lifetime TV movie The Flight Before Christmas, young professional Michael (Ryan McPartlin, Chuck) is trying to make it to Boston for the holidays. He has a big plan to propose to his girlfriend of five years, Courtney. On the red-eye flight, he’s seated next to heartbroken Stephanie (Mayim Bialik, The Big Bang Theory) who just got dumped by her boyfriend. When their flight gets diverted in a small town in Montana, they end up sharing the last available room in the town’s quaint inn.
