In the Lifetime TV movie The Spirit of Christmas, lawyer Kate travels to Vermont to broker the sale of an old inn. She’s eager to close the deal as her promotion is on the line. But when she arrives, she’s told by the innkeeper that he’s shutting the place down because of a ghost named Daniel Forsythe (Thomas Beaudoin). Daniel, who died 95 years ago, won’t leave until the mystery of his death is solved. “Determined to help the charming spirit, she finds herself in an unlikely romance with him.” That’s right, she falls in love with a ghost. She’s appeared on many TV shows including Two and a Half Men, Criminal Minds, and Castle, but she’s best known for her roles as Theresa Donovan on Days of Our Lives and as Maxie Jones on General Hospital. The Spirit of Christmas will premiere on Lifetime on December 19 at 8pm.
