Belcalis “Cardi B” Almanzar is one of the new female faces on Love & Hip Hop, Season 6. For five years Cardi B has been working as an exotic dancer in Manhattan and has built a loyal following. More than one million people follow her on Instagram – not just to look at her body but to hear her talk about fellatio, sex, and “whipping your kids from time to time,” among other things. Not everybody’s style, but Cardi’s fans can’t get enough of her candid trashy talk. Most of her videos get retweeted a minimum of 14,000 times.

Cardi B is betting that her million followers will want in on her next career moves, too. She’s launching an eyeshadow line and, like many of the women on Love & Hip Hop, Cardi B wants to transition into a music career. DJ Self is helping her promote her single, Cheap Ass Weave.
