Kim Fields and Shamea Morton have joined the cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Everyone knows Fields as Tootie from Facts of Life (well, except Porsha Williams, who claims she’s too young to know Fields from the 1980s sitcom). But not many outside of Atlanta know Morton. She’s been on the Atlanta Hawks cheerleading squad since 2003, and she cheered for the Atlanta Falcons for 5 seasons serving as captain from 2011-2012. She also danced for the Georgia Force Arena Football
League for 4 seasons. And when she’s not dancing she’s hosting. Or she was: Morton was recently also the game host of the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream.

Morton is also an actress. She landed a role in the 2002 film Drumline alongside Zoe Saldana’s character, and she had a part in Tyler Perry’s stage play, The Haves and Have Nots. When not cheering or acting, the Georgia native spends time with her Kenyan boyfriend Gerald, “who plans to bring Shamea to visit his village in Kenya before he decides to put a ring on it.” Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays at 8pm on Bravo.
