The 26-year-old actor, who was born in Rome, Italy, is best known for his roles on Reign (Lord Julien), Selfie (Freddy), and the TV series The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe – Gianniotti played Marilyn’s first husband Jimmy Dougherty. Grey’s Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8pm on ABC.
