On The Middle episode “Thanksgiving VII,” the Heck family is forced to forgo Thanksgiving as Frankie (Patricia Heaton) has to work. In order to pay the bills, Frankie returns to the historic Heritage Village to once again portray an overworked woman from the 19th Century. She’s not happy about her ironic role and then she meets Sheila on the job, a woman who takes her job very seriously.
