Who Is Shane In ‘Past Obsessions’ on LMN?

The premise of the TV movie Past Obsessions isn’t totally original – it’s just like the 1991 film Sleeping With the Enemy starring Julia Roberts – but the cast is fun to watch. An attractive woman named Shane Walsh fakes her death in order to escape from her abusive husband Matt Shane (David Millbern). But when she does succeed in settling down in a small quiet town, just like in Sleeping with the Enemy, her husband finds her and proves that he’s not willing to shake off his “Past Obsessions.”

Shane is portrayed by Josie Davis. She’s best known for her role as smart teenager Sarah Powell in Charles in Charge with Scott Baio. Since then she’s appeared on several TV shows including The Young and the Restless (Grace Turner), Beverly Hills 90210 (Camille), and Two and a Half Men. This isn’t her first Lifetime TV movie either. She’s starred in High School Crush, Dirty Teacher, and Accidental Obsession, among others. Past Obsessions will air on LMN on October 24 at 8pm. It will air again on October 25 at 12am and 4pm.
