In the Hallmark Channel TV movie Harvest Moon, William Stone has to break the news to his pampered, privileged adult daughter Jen that he’s bankrupt. It’s up to Jen to visit one of her father’s investments, a pumpkin farm in the country, and see if she can make it profitable. The last thing a farmer – including the handsome farm manager Brett – wants to hear is the “big ideas” from a rich city girl who’s never worked on a farm.

Jen Stone is portrayed by Jessy Schram. Brett is portrayed by Jesse Hutch. Jen’s father, William Stone, is portrayed by Willie Aames. He’s best known for his roles as a child actor: Fred Robinson on Swiss Family Robinson, TJ Latimer on Family, and Tommy Bradford on Eight Is Enough. He went on to star in Charles in Charge (Buddy Lembeck) with fellow former teenage heartthrob Scott Baio (Happy Days). Harvest Moon will premiere on the Hallmark Channel on October 10 at 9pm. It will air again on October 11 at 1pm and 9pm, and on October 17 at 5pm.
