On the NCIS episode “Viral” a petty officer is found dead in a park. It’s up to the NCIS team to investigate and determine if the murder was the work of a serial killer or a copycat. Special Agent Maureen Cabot (Kelli Williams) joins the team during its investigation which includes speaking with US Navy Captain Roland Ebbakey.
