In the Season 4 premiere of Chicago Fire (October 13), Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) is put in a dangerous situation while working undercover to bring down a trafficking ring. Meanwhile, a new candidate named Jimmy Borelli appears at Firehouse 51 and he’s “making an unusual first impression.” As EW reports: “He makes a dramatic entrance on the first day of work that doesn’t sit well with Chief Boden. And if it doesn’t sit well with Boden, well, it doesn’t sit well with anyone.”
Jimmy Borelli is portrayed by Steven McQueen. The 27-year-old California native has appeared in several TV shows including CSI: Miami, Without a Trace, and Numb3rs, but he’s best known for his role as Jeremy Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries. McQueen also had a recurring role in the TV series Everwood with Trent Williams. Chicago Fire airs Tuesdays at 10pm on NBC.
