On Season 7 of The Good Wife, one of the equity partners of Lockhart, Agos and Lee isn’t happy. Howard Lyman, the oldest partner at the firm, is considered a loose cannon – he takes naps in his office in his underwear, and speaks inappropriately to women and minorities. But when Howard feels he’s getting the shaft from the young Cary Agos (Matt Czuchry), Howard pushes back. In the episode “Cooked”, Howard approaches his former colleague Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) to file an ageism suit against the law firm. And while he’s at it, Howard flirts with Alicia’s mother-in-law Jackie Florrick (Mary Beth Peil).
