In the Lifetime TV movie A Teacher’s Obsession, lacrosse star Bridgette (Mia Rose Frampton) gets kicked off the team due to poor grades. The new English teacher at Edgewood Academy offers to help the teen improve her grades. When the teacher becomes obsessed with Bridgette, mother Candace (Molly Hagan) needs to step in and save her daughter from the teacher.

The twisted teacher is portrayed by Boti Bliss. She’s best known for her roles on Nash Bridges, Charmed, and CSI: Miami (Maxine Valera). She also had a recurring role as Lynn on The Young and The Restless in 2010. According to imdb, Bliss grew up in a teepee in the woods outside of Aspen, Colorado. A Teacher’s Obsession will air on Lifetime on September 6 at 9pm, September 7 at 1am, September 12 at 10pm, and September 13 at 2am.
