In the Lifetime TV movie The Perfect Girlfriend, Brandon Moore (Jon Cor) gets a promotion which requires him to relocate 3,000 miles away from New York City. That means leaving behind his girlfriend of five months, Jensyn Bannet. The young couple promise to make their long distance relationship work, but that’s before Brandon starts working with his new sexy blonde boss, Simone Matthews (Adrienne Frantz). She wants to be Brandon’s girlfriend. And she’s willing to do some pretty evil things in order to get the old girlfriend out of the picture.

Girlfriend Jensyn is portrayed by Ashley Leggat. She’s best known for her roles in The Good Witch franchise (Tara), Totally Amp’d (Zoe), and Life with Derek (Casey MacDonald). Fun fact about Leggat: The 29-year-old Canadian actress is married to professional hockey player Jeremy Williams. Williams currently plays for the Swedish team VIK Västerås HK, so Leggat knows a thing or two about real long distance relationships! The Perfect Girlfriend will premiere on Lifetime on September 27 at 8pm. It will air again on September 28 at 1am.
