In the Lifetime TV movie Sugarbabies, college student Katie Woods discovers that her classmate Tessa has a wealthy older boyfriend, a “Sugardaddy” named Leo. When Katie realizes she can’t afford the opportunity given her to study abroad in Europe (her dream is to study art in Florence!), Tessa persuades Katie to become an escort or “companion” for Leo’s business partner, James, who offers to pay for the trip.

Katie is portrayed by Alyson Stoner. She’s best known for her roles as Sarah Baker in the family film Cheaper by the Dozen, Max on Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Isabella on Phineas and Ferb, and as Camille in the Step Up movie franchise. Sugarbabies will premiere on Lifetime on August 15 at 8pm. It will air again on August 16 at 12am, 7pm and 11pm.
