On the Lifetime movie Patient Killer, therapist Victoria Wrightmar (Victoria Pratt) is trying to forgive herself for the death of one of her patients. Dylan McNalt killed himself under her care. But with time – two years have passed – Victoria begins anew. She starts a new practice and has a new, supportive boyfriend (Casper Van Dien). But then trouble comes knocking on her door when a patient reveals (through hypnosis) similar nightmares to Dylan’s. If you think this is a coincidence, you haven’t watched enough Lifetime TV movies.

The creepy/crazy guy who’s hunting down Victoria is Derek Barris. He’s portrayed by Patrick Muldoon. Muldoon is best known for his roles on Melrose Place (Richard Hart) and Days of Our Lives (Austin Reed). Patient Killer premieres on Lifetime on August 2 at 9pm. It will air again on August 3 at 1am and August 8 at 6pm.
