The real actors of the popular sitcom Full House are getting back together (with the exception of the Olsen twins) to make a Full House reboot, Fuller House. While America waits for the season premiere on Netflix, Lifetime has produced the TV movie, The Unauthorized Full House Story. It’s about the actors behind the scenes and how they tried to balance their TV personas with their real lives.

In the Lifetime movie, Uncle Jesse Katsopolis (John Stamos) is portrayed by Justin Gaston. He’s best known for his role as Ben Rogers on Days of Our Lives. He also played Romeo in Taylor Swift’s 2008 music video “Love Story.” She was still country back then. So was Gaston. That year, he was a contestant on Nashville Star on season 6. (He finished 10th.)
