On Dance Moms, the ALDC face the MDP. Abby Lee Miller gives her senior dancers Kalani and Nia Frazier head-to-head solos to determine who will get the solo slot next week. Pressure is on Nia. While rehearsing for the solo, she’s also shooting her second music video, Slay. Fellow Dance Moms dancer Coco Jones will star, as will model/actress Carmen Electra!

During an interview with Mingle Media TV Network, Nia described the meaning of the song Slay like this: “Everyone is slaying their life, no matter who you are, what you want to be, everyone is slaying life.” Slay will be released on August 4. Dance Moms airs Tuesdays at 9pm on Lifetime.
