Anthony Stanislas Radziwill was the only son of Prince Stanislas Radziwill of Poland by his wife Lee Bouvier, who was the younger sister of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Carole became close friends with Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, who was married to Anthony’s cousin, John F. Kennedy , Jr. Just three weeks before her husband died, Carolyn, JJ Kennedy, and Carolyn’s sister Lauren, died in a plane crash off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard.
