Actress Gillian Anderson reached fame playing FBI agent Dana Scully on the hit sci-fi TV series The X-Files. She won an Emmy, a Golden Globe, and two Screen Actors Guild awards for the role, which she played for nine seasons. Anderson has taken on many leading roles since Scully – most notably in BBC’s The Fall and NBC’s Hannibal.

Anderson is now preparing for the reboot of The X-Files with co-star David Duchovny. Anderson recently admitted to W magazine that reprising Scully “is a bit like riding a bike.” The X-Files reboot will air in January 2016 on Fox.
