The Real Housewives of Orange County are back for a tenth season. While fans might miss troublemaker Gretchen Rossi and her hand-me-down boyfriend Slade Smiley, they won’t be disappointed by newbie Meghan King Edmonds. (She’s the third wife of baseball player Jim Edmonds.) But there are some old storylines that just won’t fade away, including Vicki Gunvalson and her on-again, off-again boyfriend who no one likes, Brooks Ayers, who is said to have cancer.

Newbie Edmonds proves she fits right into the RHOC crowd when she starts stirring the pot about Brooks not really having cancer. Gunvalson took to Twitter to address Meghan’s claims, calling the fake cancer dig “nothing short of disgusting.” Gunvalson says Brooks has stage 3 non hodgkin’s cancer.
