Actress/singer Brittany Snow of Pitch Perfect 2 and Hairspray is super excited to co-host the CMT Music Awards this year with Dancing With the Stars’ Erin Andrews. Snow says that growing up in Florida, she was raised on country music. In fact, to qualify her connection to country music, she told Entertainment Weekly that her first real kiss was in the back of a pickup truck.

Snow can’t wait to meet country stars Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan, but she’s hoping emerging star Sam Hunt wins the New Artist of the Year award. “I really like his songs. They have a really great combination of rock and pop and also country.” The CMT Music Awards airs June 10 at 8pm on CMT.
