Radio talk show host JJ of Z100.com had Adam Lambert in the studio for an interview. JJ said Lambert’s new single Ghost Town on his new album The Original High was a one listen love song for him. Lambert, who wrote the song, said he’s really proud of the lyrics. He said it’s not just about relationships but it’s also about disillusionment and being let down by a lot of different things.”
“I tried to believe in God but Hollywood and James Dean sold out,” is one line in Ghost Town that addresses those “different things.” Lambert backed up that lyric by revealing that he’s been in LA for 14 years and says sometimes living in the City of Angels “tests your faith…and the dreams you might have had.”
