On Grey’s Anatomy, a school field trip to the hospital goes wrong. The kids end up witnessing two terribly injured cops bust into the emergency room. One of the cops, the one who can walk, is Captain Jack Pruitt. He’s described as a “strong and rugged” police captain who catches the eye of Dr. Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez).
Pruitt is portrayed by Kevin Alejandro. He’s best known for his roles as Sebastian Blood/Brother Blood on Arrow, Jesus Velasquez on True Blood, Esai Alvarez on Sons of Anarchy, Santos on Ugly Betty, and (ten years ago) as Dominic Hughes on The Young and the Restless. Grey’s Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8pm on ABC.
