Actress Sofia Vergara of Modern Family is being sued by her former fiancé Nick Loeb. When they were engaged they “opted to cryopreserve a handful of embryos in hopes of having children together someday.” Loeb wants to keep the two female embryos that are intact.
According to the lawsuit, Vergara “refuses to agree to their preservation under all circumstances.” Loeb is also suing the fertility center “to try to prevent it from destroying the embryos.” Vergara, 42, is currently engaged to actor Joe Manganiello.
