Kellie Pickler is the country music singer who finished in sixth place on American Idol‘s fifth season. After the show she released her debut album, Small Town Girl. Including the hit song Red High Heels, the album sold nearly one million copies.
Pickler’s been busy since her Idol days. She went on to win the Mirror Ball trophy on Dancing with the Stars with partner Derek Hough in 2013. And now she and her songwriter husband Kyle Jacobs will star in their own reality TV show on CMT. I Love Kellie Pickler will be produced by Idol’s Ryan Seacrest. Pickler says the show “won’t focus on her music career, but rather her life with her husband.”
