The 19th season of “The Bachelor” features 33-year-old farmer Chris Soules as a man in search of a wife. On an upcoming episode (February 15, 9pm, ABC), Soules takes the remaining six women from the show to Iowa–but only one accompanies him to his hometown to watch a high school football game. Just because he chose one lady doesn’t mean that the other five won’t sneak onto the field and take a peek. It’s a super small town (population 490!) – the women who don’t get the game ticket are bored!
The football game is held at Arlington’s Starmont High School. The English department of the school “gained recognition for teaching students an innovative new technique of ‘unwriting’ that pushed their creativity to a new level.” It’s good to know Soules comes from an innovative place. Because he’s got himself in a pretty tough spot. Maybe Soules can tap into his old English classes and figure out how to ‘uninvite’ the five women who show up on his date–and somehow make them feel like their creativity is rocking.
