Steven Spielberg’s youngest child, Destry Spielberg, had a pretty nice childhood. According to the 18-year-old’s Twitter account, she loves her dad and her mom, actress Kate Capshaw. Destry gets to spend winter breaks in the Bahamas. She often wins first place in equestrian competitions. And she has popular friends in Los Angeles including actress Nicola Peltz.
Six months ago, Destry made an experimental film. “It’s dark so be prepared,” she tweeted. The 1:36 film features Destry slowly waking up. She moves into the bathroom. She’s clearly distressed. And then the camera comes in for a close-up of Destry crying, sobbing and then the sobbing quickly turns into anguish. And then Destry is back in bed, ready to start yet another day.
