Iggy Azalea is mad at fashion designer Steve Madden for the photos his company posted on their collaborative Tumblr page. Here’s what Iggy Azalea wrote: “I’ve been bamoozeled [sic] with a tumblr page where everyone wears socks and takes unintentional crotch shots on pool toys. I’m in shock,” Azalea tweeted, adding: “I worked really hard on the creative direction of both the shoes and the shoot I WAS involved with and in, (and now) it’s been tainted with these God awful images that Steve Madden took appon [sic] themselves to create and share without my knowledge. Gross gross gross.”
It’s one thing not to know how to spell bamboozled or upon, but it’s another not to care. If you know millions of people are going to read what you wrote, why not make it right? Her communications — especially her fights, and she has many (Snoop Dogg, Azalea Banks)– would hit harder with the power of language behind her. At least we know it’s really coming from Iggy–a PR flack would likely get it right.
