Another year, another chance for Kim Kardashian to find ways to stick her Kardass™ into the zeitgeist. She may not have broken the Internet, but now she’s raising eyebrows because of her eyebrows … or lack of them. In November she bleached her eyebrows for a cover shoot for Love magazine. And because she was concerned her fans might be concerned about the follicular status of her forehead, she assured them on Instagram that everything immediately north of her eyes was okay … just blonder: “About last night… #KendallsBDayParty #DontBeScaredOfMyBleachedBrows #ItsForAPhotoShoot.” Kard-Bleachian? The Kim-Brow? Presumably if she also bleaches her eyelashes, she will be hoping to copyright the name Eyelashian.
Vanity Fair is wondering if the photo-shoot might set an eyebrow-bleaching trend for 2015, as well as searches to see exactly how tall Kardashian is. “It’s not just the lightened eyebrows that make the reality star nearly unrecognizable on the cover of the upcoming issue of Love, though. The noirish photo of the star descending a dimly-lit staircase (as if Kardashian walks around darkened streets at night without security) makes the 5’3” Kardashian look downright tall, which will hopefully kick off a Kardashian height truther trend on Twitter.”
