The official theatrical teaser trailer for the 2015 film Mad Max: Fury Road is making fans thirsty for more. It’s only 2:29 long but that George Miller really knows how to keep his fans begging for more dust storms.
The trailer opens with actor Tom Hardy‘s narration: “My whole world is fire and blood.” Newscasters report dire situations: “Everything is dependent on oil. The world is almost out of water.” Watching a rolling demolition derby of crazy cars and trucks destroying everything in its way would lead anyone to go out of their mind, right? As Charlize Theron says in the trailer, “Out here everything hurts.” That’s when the trailer really picks up the pace with blares of dramatic, classical music to accompany a montage of fireball explosions, head butts, and decapitations.
